If you’re new to Pilates and feeling a little nervous or unsure of what to expect, don’t worry—we’ve got you! To help you get started, we offer two great introductory options so you can see if it’s the right fit for you before committing. You can book 2x private one-on-one sessions with one of our experienced instructors for just $120, where they’ll guide you through the basics and focus on correct technique. Or, if you’d like to jump straight into a group setting, our ‘Back to Basics’ classes are designed especially for beginners—and with our introductory offer, you can try any 3 classes for only $50!

Done Pilates before? Take your practice further with our wide range of fun and challenging group classes. From classic Reformer and Advanced Reformer to Core Focus, Power Pilates (HIIT style), and even Bro-lates, there’s something for everyone. We also offer Back to Basics refreshers, Pilates for Back Pain, and rehab-focused studio sessions—so no matter your goals, we’ve got the perfect class to keep you moving, strong, and inspired. With our membership options of two or three classes a week, it’s the most cost-effective way to explore a variety of classes and find the ones that suit you best!

Anna is a passionate Pilates instructor that enjoys assisting her clients in achieving their goals. Trained professionally as a dancer, she discovered the transformative power of Pilates during her own training. Now, Anna channels her love for movement and mind-body connection into helping clients enhance strength, flexibility, body awareness and posture. Her approach goes beyond physical fitness, as she educates clients to feel empowered through effective movement.

With a background in massage and holistic practises, I’m passionate about understanding the mind - body connection and how we can re-align, heal and rehab from injury.
I first found Pilates during physio at connect studio for work injuries and was shocked at how quickly my body responded to the exercises. I felt a connection with my body I’d never known and saw results I wasn’t trying for, exceeding anything I’d been aiming for at the gym for years.
As a Pilates instructor it’s my goal for you to create your own body awareness, bringing Pilates into your everyday life so you can take control of your own rehab or fitness journey.

Melody is our pre and post partum specialist Pilates teacher.
She is a mother of two and passionate about helping women as they navigate this time of special change both whilst pregnant and postpartum.
Melody began Pilates at age 11 with ‘Pilates for Dummies’, and is now a convert to how regular pilates practice can help the body and soul.
