new to pilates?

Our Pilates teachers will offer a comprehensive consultation before getting you on board with classes or private sessions. We aim to create a more personalised Pilates experience that caters to your individual needs and goals, and serves as a “warrant of fitness”  for your body, so that it can perform at its best! If you are new to Pilates we highly recommend you take advantage of our intro offer of two private sessions for $100 so you can feel confident in classes.

We offer a variety of classes including reformer, jump, pre/post natal, and studio classes (studio classes have a prerequisite of 2 x private sessions). For those attending two or more sessions per week we recommend our membership options above.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTORS

  • Anna is a passionate Pilates instructor that enjoys assisting her clients in achieving their goals. Trained professionally as a dancer, she discovered the transformative power of Pilates during her own training. Now, Anna channels her love for movement and mind-body connection into helping clients enhance strength, flexibility, body awareness and posture. Her approach goes beyond physical fitness, as she educates clients to feel empowered through effective movement.

  • With a background in massage and holistic practises, I’m passionate about understanding the mind - body connection and how we can re-align, heal and rehab from injury.

    I first found Pilates during physio at connect studio for work injuries and was shocked at how quickly my body responded to the exercises. I felt a connection with my body I’d never known and saw results I wasn’t trying for, exceeding anything I’d been aiming for at the gym for years.

    As a Pilates instructor it’s my goal for you to create your own body awareness, bringing Pilates into your everyday life so you can take control of your own rehab or fitness journey.

  • Melody is our pre and post partum specialist Pilates teacher.

    She is a mother of two and passionate about helping women as they navigate this time of special change both whilst pregnant and postpartum.

    Melody began Pilates at age 11 with ‘Pilates for Dummies’, and is now a convert to how regular pilates practice can help the body and soul.
